Salman Khan hit and run case: salman khan who is among the most successful actors in the Hindi film industry in hit and run case in 2002 which was running for the last 12 year today 6/5/2015 mumbai special court announced as guilty and there is chance for ten years imprisonment.Hit And Run Case Salman Khan on the orders of the court in the wake of US court reached the verdict today .

  It was confirmed by the court the at the time of acident the vehicle is drving by Salaman khan .As per the argument by the defence lawyer that his driver is driver is driving not Salman Khan was rejected by the court.

In 2002,the case put up on Salman Khan hit and run case was, Salaman Khan in drunkard condition driving his  car and lost control  at Bandra area of Mumbai and went on to the footpath and caused accident .one person died and  Four were seriously injured . After the accident, Mr. Khan was ran away from accident scene.

Section 304 II of Indian Penal Code:  Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder

Section 337 of Indian Penal Code: Causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others

Section 338 of Indian Penal Code: Causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others

Section 3(1) of Motor Vehicles Act: No person shall drive a motor vehicle in any public place unless he holds an effective driving licence issued to him authorising him to drive the vehicle.

In this case, the court finalized five years of jail . In addition to that , a fine of Rs 25 thousand given as judgement. He has been moved to aurthur road jail by the Mumbai police.

Salman's lawyer said that an appeal would be made to Mumbai High Court.
