ORDER:
 The following notification will be published in an Extra-Ordinary issue of the
Andhra Pradesh, Gazette dated: 10.7.2015.
NOTIFICATION
 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47-A read with 75 of the Indian
Stamp Act., 1899 (Act II of 1899) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, here by makes the
following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Revision of Market value Guidelines Rules, 1998
issued in G.O.Ms.No.301, Revenue(Regn.I)Department, dated:04.05.1998 and published in an
Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette (Rules Supplement to part I)
dated:04.05.1998 as subsequently amended.
 These amendments will come into the force with effect from 10.07.2015.

 AMENDMENTS
 In the said rules,
(1) in rule 4,
(a) in clause (a) of sub-rule (2):
(i) in item (ii), against the heading ‘Members’, after the words ‘Vice-Chairman of
 Urban Development Authorities or his authorised representative’, the words, “ or
 the Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority or his
 authorized representative‘ shall be added.
(ii) against the heading “Convenor”, for the words,” Sub Registrar concerned”, the
 words “Joint Sub-Registrar concerned” ‘shall be substituted.
(b) in clause (c) of sub-rule (2), against the heading ‘Convenor’ for the words, “Sub-
 Registrar”, the words “Joint Sub-Registrar “shall be substituted.
(2) In rule 8, for the word, “Sub-Registrar” whereever it occurs, the words, “Joint
 Sub-Registrar “shall be substituted.
